Zutaten
- 275 g puff pastry (from the refrigerated section, pre-rolled into a rectangle)
- 6 EL jam of your choice
- powdered sugar
Zubereitung
1. Using a 24 cm lid, cut out two circles from baking paper.
2. Spread the puff pastry out crosswise on the work surface and spread a thin layer of jam on top, leaving a strip of approx. 3 cm in the middle.
3. Roll up the pastry sheet evenly from the top and bottom long sides towards the center.
4. Cover with cling film and freeze for at least 15 minutes - this makes it easier to cut the dough roll into slices afterwards.
5. Carefully cut the puff pastry roll into slices approx. 1.5 cm thick (approx. 22 hearts).
6. Place pot on Navigenio, switch to level 6 and heat up to roasting window.
7. Place the pot on inverted lid. Place the baking paper inside and place the first portion of the puff pastry hearts in the pot, leaving the center free.
8. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to low level, bake for approx. 8 minutes until light brown. Remove the hearts and leave to cool on a cooling rack.
9. Remove the baking paper from the pot. Place pot back on Navigenio, switch to level 6 and close with lid, heat for approx. 1 minute.
10. Then put the pot back on iverted lid, replace the baking paper, place the next hearts on top and bake in the same way.
11. Finish baking all the hearts in this way (if necessary, replace the baking paper in between). Dust the hearts with powdered sugar and serve.
Tipp
- Du kannst einen Teil der Blätterteig-Rolle auch sehr gut einfrieren, so ist das Gebäck schon für den nächsten Anlass vorbereitet.
